Estoy Loco Por La Bocina Del Automovil - Adolfo Carabelli

Estoy Loco Por La Bocina Del Automovil - Adolfo Carabelli
This is by one of the best of the local Jazzbands, and the tune is no other than "I'm Wild about horns on automobiles", in a less comic vein than other USA bands used to play (Fred Hall, for example), attaining a more serious approach of a title anyway not well suited to the jazz idiom. Recorded 18 January 1930 in Buenos Aires

Toques Sinfónicos - Carroll Dickerson

Toques Sinfónicos - Carroll Dickerson
This was recorded 5th July 1928 in Chicago and released only in Argentina, first in the Odeon 193000 series. The record shown is a somewhat later issue, but being a master pressing its sound is as good as the earlier. A rare record indeed, with the advantage of being one of Armstrong's finest recordings.
